Job Title: Territory Account Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with our services
  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest EquipmentShare products and services to educate customers on how we can help them save money, make more money, and operate more efficiently
Requirements:
  • Proven sales track record with a strong understanding of B2B sales principles
  • Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in outside sales
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced growing company
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a team-oriented mindset
