Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Professional to join our team at Ryan Specialty. As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives, leveraging market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the production of promotional materials, including website banners, brochures, and case studies, ensuring consistency and quality across all marketing channels.
  • Conduct Market Research: Identify trends and opportunities in the market, validating and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Track Sales Data: Analyze sales data to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Plan and Manage Meetings and Trade Shows: Coordinate logistics, schedules, and assignments for meetings and trade shows, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
  • Manage Marketing Budgets: Develop and manage marketing budgets, collaborating with the finance team to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum impact.
  • Maintain Relationships with Vendors: Foster strong relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all departments.
  • Coordinate Press Releases and Advertisements: Develop and distribute press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials, ensuring timely and effective communication with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain Customer Databases: Manage databases of customer information, using insights to inform future marketing campaigns and reports.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Certifications and Skills: Certified in Digital Marketing or Certification in Project Management is preferred, with expertise in market strategy, outside sales, lead generation, campaign management, brand strategy, KPI tracking, digital marketing tools, market research, and project management.
  • Behavioral Skills: Effective communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, decision-making, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
