Position Overview

The Client Relations Associate plays a crucial role in managing all incoming sales inquiries. This position is responsible for delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service for customer requests via various communication channels, while offering tailored solutions based on individual customer needs. Building strong relationships with clients is essential, as the associate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that all customer requirements are met efficiently.

The work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact clients to arrange and confirm service appointments.
  • Optimize technician schedules to reduce travel time and enhance service efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Service Technicians to fulfill customer expectations.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to clients regarding services rendered.
  • Provide accurate service quotes based on client requirements.
  • Effectively navigate both Windows-based and web-based systems to manage routes and schedules.
  • Reschedule missed service appointments promptly.
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Generate potential sales leads.
  • Establish and maintain trustful relationships with client accounts through open communication.
  • Deliver accurate and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and methods.
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets while managing call quotas.
  • Address customer complaints, providing suitable solutions and follow-ups to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and manage customer accounts.
  • Adhere to communication protocols and company policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage and assist customers.
  • Utilize all relevant sales tools to drive growth and exceed departmental goals.
  • Handle inbound customer service inquiries, resolving issues effectively.
  • Employ strong listening skills to identify customer concerns and assess their needs.
  • Communicate empathetically with customers using effective communication skills.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Associate's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a professional services environment with significant client interaction.
  • Familiarity with Pest PAC industry software is a considerable advantage.
  • Strong background in customer phone interactions, particularly in pest control services, is highly desirable.
  • We seek a polished, articulate, and organized professional who is results-oriented and assertive in a positive manner.
  • Exceptional communication skills, a sense of humor, and proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel are required.

Compensation and Benefits
