Position Overview

The Client Relations Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing all incoming sales inquiries. This position is responsible for delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance for customer requests through various communication channels, including email and phone. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them meet their specific needs. Collaboration with other team members is essential to ensure that all customer requirements are fully addressed.

The work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to clients to arrange and confirm service appointments.
  • Optimize technician schedules to reduce travel time and suggest alternative routes when necessary.
  • Coordinate with Service Technicians to fulfill customer needs effectively.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to clients regarding services rendered.
  • Provide accurate service quotes based on customer requirements.
  • Efficiently navigate both Windows-based and web-based systems to manage routes and enhance scheduling.
  • Rearrange missed service appointments within 24 hours.
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Generate potential sales leads.
  • Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
  • Deliver accurate and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and methods.
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets while managing call quotas.
  • Address customer complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives promptly; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and organize documentation.
  • Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage with customers.
  • Utilize relevant sales tools to drive growth and exceed departmental and individual objectives.
  • Manage inbound customer service calls, resolving inquiries and issues.
  • Employ strong listening skills and probing questions to assess customer concerns and needs.
  • Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Associate's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a professional services setting with significant client interaction and scheduling responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with Pest PAC industry software is a significant advantage.
  • Strong background in customer phone interactions, particularly in pest control, is highly desirable.
  • We are looking for a bright, articulate, and polished professional who is organized, focused, results-driven, and assertive in a positive manner.
  • Exceptional communication skills, a sense of humor, and proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel are required.

Compensation and Benefits
