• Initial response time within 15 minutes

• All follow-up communications addressed in a timely manner.

Supervise the punctuality of receipt check-ins and required email confirmations.

• Maintain and update the communication log as necessary (Excel)

• Ensure inbound receipts are organized prior to container arrival and that all essential information has been gathered from the client or transportation provider.

• Achieve a status of "received complete" within the 24-hour dock-to-stock timeframe.

* Confirm that all necessary documentation for orders is processed, tracking numbers are updated, and shipments are dispatched promptly.

• Daily reports are generated and sent to clients in a timely manner – daily (Excel)

• Coordinate and communicate with carriers for pickups

• Manage expedited shipping needs as requested by clients

• Attention to detail is crucial – ensure labels, Pallet IDs, and Shipping Destinations are accurate

• Handle revised or canceled orders efficiently

• Organize drivers' paperwork (tally and delivery orders – ensure all details match)

Reporting: as requested by clients and approved by management.

Understanding Bill of Lading (BOL):

• 3rd party, collect, prepaid

• PCS vs PLTS

• Proper procedures for driver signatures
