Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome every member and guest with enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor.
  • Conduct tours for prospective members with the aim of securing memberships.
  • Address all inquiries in a professional and energetic manner.
  • Implement all opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth club operations.
  • Actively participate in maintaining a clean and organized facility, which includes frequent bending, lifting, and walking around the gym.
  • Assist in signing members up for introductory sessions with our coaches.
  • Support administrative tasks, including email inquiries and potential marketing assistance.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and personable demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionally.
  • Able to remain stationary at the front desk for the majority of the workday.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
  • Passion for the Breuckelen Athletic brand.
  • A degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in hospitality, operations, or digital marketing is advantageous but not required.
