Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:

Ladgov Corporation is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide travel services to personnel, ensuring efficient processing of orders, travel arrangements, and invoice processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modify and review applications for consistency, accuracy, and clerical errors, returning applications to the traveler for correction and signature.
  • Return requests to service members for correction and signature, and then forward completed requests to the appropriate routing list.

Requirements:

  • A SECRET Security Clearance is required.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a U.S. permanent resident with a minimum of 3 years of legal residency in the U.S.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Work Schedule:

  • Normal duty hours will be 9:30AM – 4:00PM, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays, with 30 minutes for lunch.
