Key Responsibilities- Provides subject matter expertise in various areas of human resources to support business objectives.
- Oversees all recruitment activities for the Agency, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Counsels managers and employees on human resources policies, procedures, and practices to ensure consistent application and knowledge transfer.
- Prepares initial intake documents to facilitate fact-finding investigation activities related to internal and external inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
- Maintains a client-centric approach to HR service delivery, developing and sustaining productive relationships with clients.
Other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
