Job Title: Head Start HR Generalist

Crystal Stairs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide strategic support to our Head Start program, focusing on staffing, recruitment, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals.
  • Oversee recruitment activities, ensuring a diverse and high-quality candidate pool.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and education to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Investigate and resolve internal and external inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
  • Consult with legal counsel as needed to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a client-centric approach to HR service delivery, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field, with HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of human resources generalist experience in organizations with 150+ employees.
  • Proven experience in staff relations, conflict resolution, mediation, and management training.
