Woodland Manor Nursing and Rehab is looking for a skilled Human Resource HR Coordinator & Payroll Specialist to join our team.

This role involves assisting with day-to-day human resource operations, ensuring compliance with current regulations and labor laws while processing payroll accurately and on time.

Main Tasks:
  • Maintain and optimize the payroll system.
  • Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit accurate payroll reports on a timely basis.
  • Verify employment data and backgrounds of job applicants.
Essential Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Desirable: Previous Human Resources and Payroll experience.
  • Covid Vaccine required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring.
