Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Johnson Service Group. This role will be responsible for managing employee relations, compensation, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement compensation plans, including salary structures and benefits.
- Support performance management, including goal setting and evaluations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to source and recruit qualified candidates.
- Consult with leaders on affirmative action goals and responsibilities.
- Conduct targeted outreach with community-based organizations and recruiting sources.
- Maintain accurate records in the HRIS system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment.
Salary Range: $50-$70 per hour DOE, depending on experience.
