The HR Generalist is a vital role at Certified Employment Group, responsible for providing comprehensive support to our HR department and business leaders. This position plays a key part in ensuring seamless recruitment processes, effective employee relations, and successful performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement efficient recruitment strategies, manage the full cycle of hiring, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns. Provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation. Foster positive employee relationships through regular engagement and open communication.
  • Performance Management: Assist in managing performance appraisals and feedback processes for all employees. Advise supervisors and managers on performance improvement plans (PIPs) and disciplinary actions. Facilitate and track employee training and development programs.

This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and the unique challenges of the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
