COMPENSATION:

The hourly wage for this role is set at $23.00, subject to variations based on factors such as the applicant's skills, qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, previous work experience, market trends, and other pertinent criteria.

Additional earnings may include bonuses or commissions where applicable.

This reflects Aramark's reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position at the time of posting.


Upon hiring, the employee will be considered in an "at-will position," allowing Aramark to adjust the base salary and any other discretionary compensation programs at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to individual performance, departmental performance, and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks such as mail distribution, supply ordering, answering phone calls, and welcoming visitors.
  • Assist management with clerical duties related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Greet customers, clients, and staff; respond to inquiries or redirect calls as necessary.
  • Maintain office communications and informational postings.
  • Utilize technology, systems, and software, including voicemail systems, copiers/scanners, personal computers, and Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.
  • This role involves frequent repetitive motions with hands and/or arms.
