Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist to join our team at Rose International. As a Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing medical records electronically and remotely, assigning DRGs, and querying providers for clarification of diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review medical records electronically and remotely to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assign DRGs based on medical record information
  • Query providers for clarification of diagnoses as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and compliant medical records
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • At least 4 years of clinical nursing or medicine experience and 2 years of CDI experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • CCDS, CDIP, CCS, or CPC certification
  • Experience with electronic health records and CDI software
