Document Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Document Imaging Specialist to join our team at Iron Mountain Inc. As a key member of our operations group, you will play a crucial role in helping us preserve and protect our customers' valuable assets.
Key Responsibilities- Prep, sort, and scan hard copy files to electronic images
- Follow production procedures for document quality control and document indexing
- Complete internal documentation and tracking
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products
- Data entry must be equal to or greater than 9,000KPH with 95% accuracy
- Read, write, and communicate in English
- Train on imaging process for high-capacity scanning
- Have proven basic computer knowledge
Able to reach above head, lift and move files as required. Walking 80% for outbound. Lifting, moving, pushing and pulling equipment, cases, metal containers, or boxes in excess of: 10-29 lbs. Frequently 30-40 lbs. Occasionally 40 lbs+ Rarely
