We are seeking a skilled Document Imaging Specialist to join our team at Iron Mountain Inc. As a key member of our operations group, you will play a critical role in helping us convert hard copies to electronic images.
Key Responsibilities- Prep, sort, and scan hard copy files to electronic images with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow production procedures for document quality control and document indexing to ensure seamless workflow.
- Complete internal documentation and tracking to maintain a high level of organization and productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a safe and healthy workspace.
- Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products, with a strong understanding of data entry and computer software.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to train on imaging process for high-capacity scanning and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
- Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing high-quality work.
- Ability to lift, move, and push/pull equipment, cases, metal containers, or boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
- A competitive hourly rate of $16.40.
