Clinical Specialist

Lumicell is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team in a mission-driven start-up environment. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in sustaining accounts in territories and establishing relationships with key accounts within the breast conserving surgery ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the Strategic Account Manager to sustain existing accounts and establish new relationships with key accounts.
- Manage evaluations within Lumicell and customers, providing clinical support and expertise.
- Sustain and grow base business by exceeding quota expectations as established by management.
- Collaborate with the Director of Commercial Excellence, Regional Sales Director, and Market Development Director to share field learnings and develop accounts.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Specialist in the medical device field, preferably with a focus on devices related to breast cancer.
- Ideal experience in a startup or medical device company going through a 0-1 growth/go-to-market phase.
- Ability to build strong relationships and interact effectively with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Clinical (operating room) experience and a track record of success.
- Ability to travel up to 75% or as needed, including regional client visits and corporate visits to Newton, MA.
- Experience with modern sales tooling/software and a proven goal-oriented, self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial drive.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a demonstrated performance record and clear documentation of success.
- Must live in the geographical location of the position or be willing to relocate.
