Central US Business Development Lead

We are looking for a talented Business Development Lead to join our team in the Central US region. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in managing territories and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales targets in assigned territories
- Develop and maintain lasting industry relationships with independent sales representatives, specifiers, wholesale distributors, and prospects
- Provide training and coaching to independent manufacturer's representatives to improve product adoption and sales performance
- Create and implement effective promotion plans, including trade shows and wholesale visits
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to drive business decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or engineering preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the plumbing/HVAC industry, with a proven track record of sales success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
