The OpportunityThis role presents an exceptional chance to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with diverse, innovative individuals worldwide. As a Specialty Provider Market Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage a territory consisting of Small Hospitals and Physician practices in the Central part of the United States
- Nurture weekly interactions with clients, focusing on Executives
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of all clients' ongoing short-term and long-term initiatives, success metrics, issues, and needs
- Deliver constant diagnostic services to clients, encompassing on-site workflow, system, and operational analysis
- Achieve sales objectives through independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or within designated territories
To excel in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND three (3) years of successful hi-tech direct sales experience in the healthcare industry with a strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals
OR
- High School Diploma/GED and seven (7) years of successful hi-tech direct sales experience in the healthcare industry with a strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals
In addition to these requirements, please note the following essential qualifications:
- Current, valid Driver's License
- Previous direct sales roles with well-regarded information solutions, technology services, or software businesses within the healthcare information technology sector
- Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM application
Prior experience selling and delivering complex technology solutions across multiple departments in Non-Acute Hospitals and Physician Practices may also be beneficial in this role. Additionally, proven ability to position value/benefits with
