Insurance Business Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Business Development Representative. As part of our successful team, you will have the opportunity to develop your business leadership skills, industry knowledge, and sales experience.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with the public, developing leads, scheduling appointments, and marketing insurance products and services. You will be responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, using a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Responsibilities- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate insurance products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- A competitive salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days).
