Your Responsibilities

As a House Attendant, you will uphold the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the hotel while delivering outstanding service to our guests.

Act as a representative of the hotel, crafting personalized experiences and fostering relationships with guests that encourage their return.


Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the lobby, hallways, public areas, and exterior spaces.
  • Preparing meeting rooms in accordance with event specifications.
  • Conducting deep cleaning tasks as assigned, including shampooing rooms and public spaces.
  • Setting up and managing complimentary hotel lobby functions, such as morning coffee service and evening concierge events.
  • Delivering housekeeping items to guest rooms upon request.
  • Receiving assignments, keys, and special guest requests from your supervisor at the start of your shift.
  • Checking and replenishing supplies and cleaning equipment.
  • Responding promptly to guest requests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Returning lost items to the Housekeeping Department with proper documentation.

What You Bring

A High School Diploma is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in customer service or a related field. Previous experience in housekeeping is advantageous. A passion for customer service, strong verbal communication skills, and basic writing abilities are essential. Flexibility in your schedule is important, as you may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00. This range is applicable for roles performed in specific locations.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and additional benefits for eligible employees.
