Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering quality support for our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of in-house marketing data
  • Analyze commissions on a regular basis to ensure correct pay and pay plans are followed
  • Assist with the assignment of arrivals on a daily basis and research upcoming arrivals for accountability and correction
  • Provide requested data and owner sheets to sales and marketing teams as needed
  • Maintain tour manifests and distribute information to applicable stakeholders
  • Monitor and clean up outstanding pending tours, dispositioning, and canceling tours in CRS
  • Complete and submit payroll commission sheets for Marketing Coordinators with Marketing Manager approval
  • Conduct audits on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for site operations
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledgeable of payroll procedures with an understanding of basic accounting
  • Ability to work independently and interact with other departments within the company
  • Knowledge of Wyndham's computer operating systems (Focus, Steam, RCC, Journey, Oracle, etc.) is preferred
