Project Coordinator Specialist

As a key member of our Project Services Team at Alliance Personnel Hawaii, you will collaborate closely with our sales and design teams on interior/workspace projects. Your responsibilities will include product pricing and procurement, freight and shipping coordination, delivery and installation quotes and coordination, manufacturing tracking, logistics planning and implementation, and risk management. You will also maintain accurate project documentation, manage expenses, and serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Pricing and Procurement: Ensure value for our clients through strategic procurement.
  • Freight and Shipping Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Delivery and Installation Quotes and Coordination: Streamline setup for clients.
  • Manufacturing Tracking: Monitor product production schedules.
  • Logistics Planning and Implementation: Map efficient project logistics.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Project Administration: Maintain accurate project records and manage client inquiries.
