We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth through the sale of our Real World Evidence solutions to the healthcare industry.

Estimated salary: $250,000 - $350,000 per annum. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on Real World Evidence (RWE).

Job Description:

  • Lead the sales team: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the adoption and sales of our Real World Evidence solutions.
  • Sales planning and execution: Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and payer organizations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Market analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Reporting and representation: Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue projections. Represent Luminary Group at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
