Senior Manager of Sales Strategy

Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with 283 million paid memberships in over 190 countries. We're building a new, best-in-class ads organization to establish Netflix as the premiere platform for advertiser partners. As part of this effort, we're seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Sales Operations to partner with sales and build a high-performing sales organization that can represent Netflix's offerings to our advertising customers.
About the Role:
This role will lead the development and execution of key sales functions, including territory/role/channel design, sales process management and improvement, data hygiene, and sales tool development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, a proven track record of success in driving sales growth, and excellent leadership skills.
About You:
We're looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in advertising and/or advertising-related fields, or in Sales Operations teams. You'll have deep experience with agency and direct sold sales models, and expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects. You'll be able to prioritize multiple projects, lead and manage a team of individual contributors, and scale a global sales operations team aligned with sales teams.
About the Compensation:
You'll receive an annual salary of $180,000, plus a bonus structure based on performance metrics.
