Sustainability Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Director to join our team at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our sustainability strategy, ensuring that our business practices are environmentally responsible and socially sustainable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sustainability Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with our company's goals and values, ensuring that our business practices are environmentally responsible and socially sustainable.
- Lead Sustainability Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability initiatives that enhance our brand value and consumer engagement, including reducing greenhouse gas emissions, promoting biodiversity, and implementing eco-friendly practices.
- Manage Sustainability Programs: Oversee the development and implementation of sustainability programs, including responsible sourcing, sustainable materials, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Communicate Sustainability Efforts: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote our sustainability efforts to internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and investors.
- Monitor and Report Sustainability Performance: Track and report on our sustainability performance, ensuring that we meet our sustainability goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 Years of Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in sustainability, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Sustainability Knowledge: Deep knowledge of sustainability content, including greenhouse gas emissions, biodiversity, ecodesigning, responsible sourcing, and sustainable materials.
- Project Management Skills: Proven project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote our sustainability efforts.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $185,000 - $210,000 USD.
