Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the daily operations of one of our restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for hospitality and a track record of achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee schedules, evaluate performance, and conduct timely reviews.
- Oversee financial management, including P&L management and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational procedures.
- Actively engage with guests, address inquiries, and ensure exceptional customer service standards.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of prior Full Service Restaurant General Management experience.
- Proficiency in technology applications, including POS Systems and Scheduling Platform.
- High-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
