Job Summary

The Client Support Manager - Home Improvement plays a crucial role in ensuring that GoodLeap delivers an exceptional customer experience. This individual will leverage data analytics to identify areas of improvement with Home Improvement clients and collaborate with them to enhance the customer experience.

The CSM will also be responsible for conducting client audits and managing pipelines to ensure that customer expectations and GoodLeap standards are met.

This role requires a reliable and trustworthy professional who can deliver results while being a dependable teammate. By focusing on improving the customer experience and being a collaborative partner, the Client Support Manager - Home Improvement will help GoodLeap live out its mantra of 'finance made friendly'.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Provide world-class customer service to GoodLeap's clients.
  2. Act as a supportive and collaborative partner to installers, communicating with them regarding past, present, and future projects.
  3. Strategically partner with installers to improve the customer experience.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
  5. Help resolve questions or concerns from existing customers.
  6. Develop a comprehensive knowledge of GoodLeap's products and attributes.
  7. Effectively manage a pipeline of projects to completion.
  8. Document client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records and track trends.
  9. Conduct monthly partner due diligence checks regarding Home Improvement projects.
  10. Analyze data to identify trends and spot potential issues.
  11. Collaborate with teams to investigate possible fraudulent or suspicious activities.
  12. Provide timely and effective support to clients via various communication channels.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all client and customer interactions, building and maintaining strong relationships.
