About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As an Employment Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by expanding our footprint within the employer market.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and building sales leads by researching potential clients, identifying key decision-makers, and securing meetings for our sales team. Your tasks will include:

  • Researching and identifying potential clients (companies)
  • Identifying key decision-makers at targeted companies and appropriate call points
  • Crafting compelling email, phone call, and social media outreach to engage decision-makers
  • Managing and executing outbound prospecting campaigns
  • Maintaining accurate and complete records in Wellist's CRM database (HubSpot)
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting the results of business development activities, while recommending process improvements
What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably in a B2B market
  • Proven success in identifying leads and setting up meetings with senior executives (e.g., CHROs, Total Rewards Executives)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required
  • Strong research and analytical skills with acute attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred)
