One year of experience involving engagement with and conducting appropriate connectionsof individuals, especially those experiencing homelessness, to employment or employmenttrainingservices,conductinginterviewandresumepreparation,orbuildingrelationshipswithemployersfor the purposes of hiringindividuals Knowledgeofemploymenthiringpractices,employmenttrainingresources,interviewingandresume building skills, the continuum of care for individuals experiencing homeless, as wellasexperienceworkingwithemployersto secureemployment forothersis preferred Individualswithlivedexperienceareencouragedtoapply. Proficientatfacilitationandcoaching Abilitytocreatestimulatinglearningenvironmentsandkeepclientsengaged.
