Territory Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with our services.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers to promote our comprehensive jobsite solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest EquipmentShare products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Proven sales track record with a strong understanding of B2B sales principles.
- Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
- Competitive pay, including a base salary and uncapped commission.
