We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to drive sales growth
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales performance, and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- 3+ years of direct outside sales experience in the Manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of sales growth and revenue achievement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- High School diploma or equivalent required
