Sales Administration Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administration Manager to join our team at East Coast Move Lady, Inc. as a key member of our sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team's activities to drive business growth and revenue.
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Track results and trends regularly to inform business forecasting and decision-making.
- Report on team and individual performance to ensure accountability and improvement.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients to drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field with a proven track record of success.
- Experience as a supervisor or manager with a strong leadership background.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms to manage sales data and analytics.
- Strong leadership qualities to motivate and guide the sales team.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and drive business growth through effective sales strategies.
