• Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors to drive sales growth and improve revenue opportunities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and meet or exceed financial projections
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans, including sales forecasts, sales strategies, and sales tactics
• Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide feedback to distributors to improve sales performance
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
• Provide sales training and development to distributors to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Crocs' products, services, and value proposition to effectively communicate with distributors and customers
**Requirements**
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 4-6 years of sales management experience in the footwear or apparel industry
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving revenue opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bi-lingual: fluent in English and Spanish
• Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
