Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Baltimore. This is an onsite role that requires 5 days of work per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Amida's Data Analytics and Data Science initiatives, including the utilization of value realization tools and applications (such as Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, and Excel dashboards) to analyze and present data to both internal stakeholders and client stakeholders.
  • Develop Value Realization-based reports used to advance investment discussions and support investment decisions through data-driven visual aids.
  • Improve data completeness and quality in support of both internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Evaluate and refine existing processes and performance metrics utilized in order to integrate enhanced performance metrics within Value Realization tools that will be used for internal and external reporting and monitoring.
  • Evaluate and refine existing User Interface functionality through the use of User-Centered Design (UCD) techniques in order to provide an improved customer and user experience.
  • Conduct analysis and make recommendations on the necessary information and data to collect, as well as define a data hierarchy, to drive customer-based IT funding decision making processes.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of Data analytics and Data Science experience
  • Report/Dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, Excel dashboards
  • Experience with SQL for relational databases, such as SQL Server and Oracle
  • Experience developing reports in Power BI and Tableau
  • Data visualization design utilizing Tableau
  • Experience with complete design of Management Information (MI) reports
  • Only U.S. Citizens
Preferred Skills
