ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Senior Salesforce Engineer at Vistage Worldwide, you will be instrumental in the implementation, delivery, and support of intricate business solutions centered around the Salesforce Platform. Our multi-cloud Salesforce environment encompasses Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, along with integrations utilizing Mulesoft and other technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the technical lead on Salesforce initiatives, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Identify and propose Salesforce-based solutions and integration opportunities.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), pages, and integrations using Web Services, REST, and custom objects.
  • Support integrated applications with expertise in system integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct development, testing, implementation, and documentation related to the Salesforce platform independently.
  • Maintain documentation and adhere to software development lifecycle standards.
  • Participate in design and code review processes.
  • Occasionally engage with platforms beyond Salesforce.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning components (Aura and LWC).
  • Proficiency in technologies compatible with Salesforce, such as JavaScript, Web Services, REST, and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Communities.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, modeling, and database schema.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to explore new technology stacks and solutions.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong work ethic and disciplined time management skills.
  • Ability to work in diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

ADDITIONAL PREFERENCES:

  • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience (APEX) preferred.
  • 1+ years of software development experience (Java, ReactJS, PHP) is advantageous.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server (specifically SSIS) is a plus.
  • Certifications: Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Platform Developer II (preferred).
