Job Summary:

Virtusa is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team. As a Salesforce QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Salesforce applications by designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of Salesforce applications.
  • Identify and report defects to the development team in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management, to ensure that testing is aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to ensure that testing strategies are aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in manual testing with Salesforce applications.
  • Experience with Android testing, mobile testing using Android Studio, ADB command tool, and Flash Station.
  • Experience in bug tracking tools, such as Jira and Buganizer.
  • Experience with API testing.
  • Experience with release cycle management, test tracking, and integration testing.
  • Knowledge of ADB commands to debug and add log information to bug tracking systems.
  • Experience with device testing, including Android and iOS phones and tablets.
  • Experience in Agile methodology.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Quick learner, self-motivated, and excellent analytical skills.
