Overview:

The Salesforce System Administrator will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and managing the Salesforce organization for National Funding. This role involves collaboration with Product Managers, Software Engineers, IT, and various Business Stakeholders to meet strategic objectives. The administrator will support and manage multiple Salesforce environments, engaging with IT leadership to gather user requirements, define system capabilities, and create declarative solutions on the Salesforce platform and integrated systems. Additionally, this position will assist with daily operational tasks and provide support for escalated end-user issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the entire Salesforce ecosystem while gaining a comprehensive understanding of related integrations (e.g., Five9, Twilio, Adobe, Conga).
  • Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and engineers to validate requirements, outline product features, and document both technical and functional designs.
  • Deliver high-quality, scalable declarative solutions on the Salesforce platform that align with customer needs and business specifications.
  • Assist Quality Assurance Engineers in testing and validating developed solutions.
  • Deploy and verify new developments and configurations.
  • Diagnose customer issues and explore resolution options while providing ongoing support and system administration.
  • Work within an Agile framework to complete committed tasks within defined sprints.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with an active Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, with expertise in automation tools such as Flow.
  • Experience in integrating and configuring Salesforce connected applications like Five9, Twilio, AdobeSign, and Conga Composer.
  • Solid understanding of Release Management processes and CI/CD practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, mass updates, and effective use of VLOOKUP.
