Job Summary

The Payroll Coordinator is a key member of the NetJets team, responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for salaried and hourly employees using the company designated payroll system.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and ensure accurate completion of regular payroll tasks.
  • Ensure employee information is complete and accurate, and process Leave of Absences as applicable.
  • Participate in regular payroll tasks as a member of the Payroll Team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Proficient knowledge of Word and Excel, including use of formulas.
  • Ability to balance task priorities, special requests, and employee inquiries while providing World Class Customer Service.
  • Experience with SAP Employee Central - Payroll, BSI Tax Factory, and WorkForce Software is preferred.
