Payroll Coordinator

The Payroll Coordinator is a key member of the NetJets team, responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll for salaried and hourly employees using the company designated payroll system.
- Respond to employee inquiries and ensure accurate completion of regular payroll tasks.
- Ensure employee information is complete and accurate, and process Leave of Absences as applicable.
- Participate in regular payroll tasks as a member of the Payroll Team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-4 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Proficient knowledge of Word and Excel, including use of formulas.
- Ability to balance task priorities, special requests, and employee inquiries while providing World Class Customer Service.
- Experience with SAP Employee Central - Payroll, BSI Tax Factory, and WorkForce Software is preferred.
