Associate Account Manager

ADP is seeking a Client Services Representative to serve as the front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, and providing solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of ADP's products and services, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use expertise to help clients solve problems and resolve issues
- Build relationships with clients through phone, email, and/or chat
- Provide education and recommendations to clients on ADP products and services
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet client needs
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to work overtime during peak seasons
