Key Responsibilities:

  • Use expertise to help clients solve problems and resolve issues
  • Build relationships with clients through phone, email, and/or chat
  • Provide education and recommendations to clients on ADP products and services
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet client needs

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to work overtime during peak seasons
