Growing boutique wealth management practice seeks a passionate associate who excels at delivering outstanding client service. The ideal candidate has a knack for building relationships and solving problems.

As a key member of our client services team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to grow and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Assist in managing client accounts and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to meet client needs and provide solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid Virginia Life & Health Insurance License
  • Required: 1 year of business experience
  • Required: 1 year of administration experience
  • Ability to pass an FBI background check and drug test
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Probation Period:
A 90-day probation period is required.
