Role Overview

CAMBA is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Human Resources Department as a Talent Acquisition Associate. This role will play a key part in shaping our recruitment process and ensuring that we attract top talent for various positions within the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with job posting and advertisement processes, screening resumes and applications, preparing interview questions and selection materials, and attending job fairs and recruiting sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment process by assisting with job posting and advertisement processes
  • Screen resumes and applications to select qualified candidates
  • Prepare interview questions and selection materials
  • Attend job fairs and recruiting sessions
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two years of relevant work experience in a mid-sized organization
  • Basic analytical and math skills
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $24-$27, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, dental insurance, 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, paid time off, and paid holidays.
