Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to reach a broad audience.
  • Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet company standards and requirements.
  • Manage the onboarding process, including background checks, credential verification, and orientation for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the home care industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum.
