Job Overview

The Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative functions for our healthcare centers. About the Role

The Clinical Operations Manager will be responsible for managing front desk/registration, medical records, unit clerks, and cashiers. You will ensure that all medical records and supporting documents are processed, updated, and filed accurately. Additionally, you will assign tasks to clerks, coordinate administrative support functions, and serve as a liaison between the health center and patients.

Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations for clerks, including front desk/registration, medical records, and cashiers
- Ensure accurate processing, updating, and filing of medical records and supporting documents
- Assign tasks to clerks and coordinate administrative support functions
- Serve as a liaison between the health center and patients, addressing complaints and concerns
- Investigate patient flow, waiting times, and waiting room experience to ensure smooth operations
- Perform patient traffic control by following patients from arrival to discharge

Requirements

- Minimum AD degree, BS preferred
- Three years of relevant work experience
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a team of workers and work with diverse groups of people
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid organizational skills and ability to oversee multiple projects effectively and efficiently
