About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Agent to join our team at Sell Pittsburgh Now, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand our client base.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Continuously follow up with prospective clients to qualify leads and add them to the sales pipeline.
  • Sales Reporting: Produce regular sales reports to ensure all sales goals are met and provide insights for business growth.
  • Client Qualification: Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM software to compile a list of all leads and ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process.
Requirements
  • Real Estate License: Must have a valid Real Estate License.
  • Communication Skills: Possess great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position.
  • Education: High school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car.
