Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our Rental Sales team in Pennsylvania. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with our Outside Sales Representatives to gain industry knowledge and technical expertise in power generation specifications and territory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support outside sales reps with quotes and supporting documentation for projects, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails related to rental sales, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Enter and update opportunities in the CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively support customers and promote products.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and goals, driving business growth and success.
  • Support the inside administration team by providing daily utilization reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Research potential customers in various market segments to build lead lists for outside sales reps, driving new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Proficient in CRM software and data entry, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma and minimum 3 years sales, marketing, or project coordination experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, with occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
