Role Description:

BryceTech is in search of a seasoned Lead Communications Strategist. This role will provide support to federal agencies at both national and regional levels, facilitating the execution of responsibilities under various strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing community resilience and infrastructure.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing and implementing diverse strategies, products, tools, and templates for various phases of project lifecycles at both national and regional levels.
  • Establishing a comprehensive data analysis and reporting framework to monitor the impact and outcomes of strategic initiatives.
  • Creating dashboards and reports that highlight key performance indicators, success metrics, and insights into project progress, ensuring effective data collection and analysis.
  • Developing a knowledge management system to catalog and disseminate best practices, case studies, and research findings from various initiatives.
  • Implementing a feedback mechanism to gather input from communities and Tribal Nations for enhancing service delivery.
  • Regularly soliciting feedback to inform adjustments that improve service quality.
  • Providing mission support across different geographic regions, ensuring consistent planning, coordination, and management of communication and outreach tools tailored to regional needs.
  • Creating communication materials to showcase the progress of communities receiving technical assistance, while identifying and adapting effective practices from other projects.
  • Supporting strategic initiatives by leveraging existing resources across various divisions and federal agencies.
  • Developing and delivering training materials, fact sheets, webinars, and similar resources in support of strategic initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of coordination efforts and adapting strategies as necessary, sharing findings to inform ongoing improvement.
  • Submitting deliverables through compliant systems, gathering and uploading necessary data and reports to facilitate effective monitoring and reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of experience in government outreach and communications.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience leading teams in the development of coordinated strategic communications and outreach campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment across departments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational abilities and adaptability to changing conditions.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and strategic reasoning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $125,000 and $135,000.
