Job Title: Community Director

Join FPI Management, Inc. as a Community Director and take on a leadership role in managing the day-to-day operations of our multifamily properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of our assets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and driving business growth through effective management and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and residents, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Employee Management: Supervise and develop a team of on-site staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Leasing and Occupancy: Maintain occupancy levels, oversee leasing activities, and develop marketing strategies to attract new residents.
  • Revenue Management: Manage rent collections, delinquency, and budgeting to ensure maximum revenue potential.
  • Reporting and Document Management: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with OSHA requirements and other regulatory standards.
  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in residential property management.
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate required; college degree in a related field preferred.
  • Certification or designation from an accredited organization, such as ARM, CAM, or CPM, is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current motor vehicle insurance are required.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google Apps, and property management software.
