Job Title: Associate Director, Communications Design Initiative

At IPG Mediabrands, we're seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Communications Design Initiative team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development of detailed communications plans to power our ideas.

About the Role:
  • Oversee the development of communications plans to drive business outcomes
  • Present the Communications Design holistic approach to stakeholders
  • Manage the outputs of day-to-day requirements and workflow of the client
  • Present client education programs around Communications Design trends
  • Oversee the management and training of design teams in communications planning fundamentals
  • Spearhead the best practice application of planning approaches to surface media and marketing intelligence

Requirements:
  • Experience in integrated planning roles in media, publisher/vendor, or communications disciplines
  • Ability to delegate and oversee direct reports
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
