IT Director

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Information Technology to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing our information technology systems and establishing processes and procedures to ensure seamless information flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead company-wide IT initiatives, including cyber security, hardware, software, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Develop and implement IT strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage IT investments to ensure business objectives and ROI.
• Oversee Company's Sharepoint and communication platforms.
• Assess new technologies to drive company vision.
• Lead evaluation, re-design, implementation, and continuous improvement of critical operating practices and procedures.
• Manage third-party providers and oversee contracts and service agreements.
• Develop and execute company disaster plan and continuity.
• Assess risks and recommend solutions.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for IT department.
• Conduct training programs and write training documents.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT leadership experience.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• High-level understanding of business strategies and objectives.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing IT strategies.
• Proven ability to create, collaborate, and maintain relationships.
• Expertise in systems architecture, security, programming, and network administration.
• Knowledge of current and emerging technologies and trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.

Compensation: $165,000.00 to $185,000.00 per year.
